4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Property Listings

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their Listings.
  • Listings must relate to genuine properties that the Seller has the legal right to sell.
  • Listings must not contain misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information.
  • We reserve the right to remove any Listing that breaches these Terms without notice.
  • Images uploaded must be genuine photographs of the property and must not infringe third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent Listings or Content.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers and networks.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other Users.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform (excluding User-uploaded Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that Content solely in connection with the operation of the Platform.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not verify the accuracy of Listings or the identity of Users. We act solely as a platform connecting Sellers and potential buyers.
  • We are not a party to any transaction between Users and accept no liability for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such transactions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Terms
